The Creator Audit is the entry point for artists who want clarity before commitment. This service is designed for early-stage singers, musicians, and creators who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure whether they are focusing on the right things.
During a Creator Audit, we conduct a comprehensive review of the artist’s current presence, branding, positioning, and growth trajectory. This includes an analysis of public-facing platforms, content consistency, audience engagement, release strategy, and overall alignment between the artist’s goals and their current execution. The purpose is not to criticize or rebrand an artist into something they are not, but to identify inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and realistic next steps.
The Creator Audit is advisory in nature. It does not create an ongoing management or agency relationship unless both parties later agree to continue. Artists retain full control over whether and how they implement any recommendations provided. No ownership, exclusivity, or long-term obligations arise from this service.

The Growth Manager service is for artists who are ready to take consistent action but do not want to be managed in a traditional or controlling way. This service focuses on strategic growth support while preserving independence.
As a Growth Manager, JUS Official Services works closely with the artist to develop actionable plans around content direction, release timing, audience building, branding cohesion, and long-term positioning. We provide guidance, feedback, and accountability while the artist remains fully responsible for execution and decision-making authority.
This service is collaborative rather than directive. The artist is never required to follow advice, adopt a specific image, or prioritize metrics over artistry. Our role is to advocate for sustainable growth, not to manufacture a persona or chase trends that do not align with the artist’s identity.
Growth Manager arrangements are flexible and designed to evolve. Many artists begin here and later transition into full management once trust and momentum are established.

Full Management is designed for artists who want hands-on support across both creative and business considerations while retaining ownership and final authority over their work.
In a Full Manager relationship, JUS Official Services acts as an advocate, strategist, and operational support partner. This may include career planning, brand development, release strategy coordination, professional communication support, opportunity evaluation, and long-term roadmap development. The focus is always on protecting the artist’s interests and ensuring that decisions align with their stated goals.
Unlike traditional management models, Full Management through JUS Official Services is built on transparency and consent. The artist retains ownership of all intellectual property, masters, likeness rights, and creative output unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. The artist may exit the relationship subject to agreed notice provisions, and no service is designed to restrict future independence.
Full Management is selective and capacity-limited to ensure each artist receives genuine, hands-on attention.
The Full Manager & Talent Agent service is the most comprehensive offering and is reserved for a very limited number of artists. This role combines management advocacy with talent agency functions where legally permitted.
In this capacity, JUS Official Services may provide management services alongside talent agency activities such as negotiating opportunities, communicating with third parties, and facilitating paid engagements. However, talent agency functions are subject to state and local laws, and procurement activities may be restricted or unavailable depending on the artist’s state of residence, performance location, or applicable employment agency regulations.
Where procurement is legally restricted, JUS Official Services will continue to act in a managerial and advisory capacity, assisting with strategy, communications, and deal preparation without directly procuring employment or collecting compensation tied to agency activities. These limitations are disclosed transparently and handled in compliance with applicable laws.
This service is intended for artists seeking long-term partnership, advocacy, and structured career development without sacrificing independence or control.
JUS Official Services does not guarantee results, income, exposure, bookings, or career outcomes. Success in the creative industries depends on numerous factors beyond management or agency involvement, including talent, consistency, market conditions, and audience response.
Artists working with JUS Official Services are never required to surrender creative control, ownership, or autonomy. All relationships are built on consent, transparency, and mutual respect. Our goal is not to own artists, but to support them.
Availability is limited. We intentionally work with a small number of artists at a time to maintain quality, accessibility, and genuine involvement.
