INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We offer remote, unpaid internships across multiple tracks to provide meaningful educational experiences. Interns primarily observe, roleplay, and assist under supervision to ensure they gain skills and knowledge while maintaining the safety and confidentiality of both the company and its clients. All hands-on work or client-facing tasks must be directly overseen and approved by Nikolas Hake, although additional supervisors or instructors may be involved in mentoring and training.

Internship Guidelines:

Type: Remote, unpaid, educational experience.
Hours: Flexible; minimum commitment of 8–12 hours/week.
Learning Focus: Interns primarily observe, roleplay, and assist in non-critical tasks, with all client-facing work or business-impacting duties under direct supervision and approval by Nikolas Hake or other supervisors involved in the program.
Documentation: Interns maintain logs of learning activities, observations, and practice tasks to track progress and support evaluation.
Supervisor: Nikolas Hake serves as the Internship Program Supervisor and oversees all activities, approves hands-on tasks, and ensures compliance with legal and educational standards, while additional supervisors may assist with mentoring, teaching, or reviewing intern work.

How to Apply:
Submit your resume and a brief statement describing which track interests you and why. All interns must comply with JUS policies and acknowledge that tasks are educational, supervised, and roleplay-focused.
